Today in Indian Railways the biggest problem is trains running late on the tracks.For the solution to the problem Indian Railways is working hard to provide better services to the travellers in the train.
Finally Indian Railways has planned to bring zero based time table which will help the Indian Railways to make less travel time of the trains and money will also be saved by this process.It will also help in the better maintenance of the Locomotives and Coaches in the factory.
So Lets discuss in easy words that whats is this Zero Based Time table and how it will work in the Indian Railways.
Zero Based Time Table means to start a thing or work with zero which means that when there is any demand for the train on any route the Indian Railways find a time gap between the trains and start the new trains between this time gap.This lead to passage of superfast trains as a priority in the route and other trains are effected by standing on the loop line which can run only after the passage of the priority trains.This cause the loss of electricity and diesel of both the trains.
In order to create a solution for this problem Indian Railways has brought zero based time table in which it is assumed that there are no trains running on the tracks and chart of the trains are assumed as zero.After this trains are categorised in a way such as first premium trains,superfast trains,express trains then at last passenger trains are kept with this all trains will run one after another and no passenger trains will stop for giving pass to the priority trains.
After the categorisation of the trains all trains will run one after another and in their full speed.The implementation of this plan will lead to the changes in the time table of the trains and trains will run according to the new time allotted to them.
This plan was given by Old Railway Minister Sri Lalu Prasad Yadav but in Indian Railways trains numbers are very much so as to bring trains in proper arrangements was a very tuff task in which every zone was asked to do analysis of the trains.
Finally Indian Railways has planned to launch this plan from 1st of July.In this zero based time table from the station from which the train is starting and to reach the destination station on its proper time allotted will the duty of the station master Locopilot and guard.In case of the late arrival of the trains these people will only be responsible for the answer because on that route another maintanence time will be given which will not effect the train running on the route.
