Indian Railways have started these services after the joint discussion of two states to demand for this operation and taking all responsibility associated with their people of every state.This means that whichever States demands for such special trains will should take all the responsibility from studying the workers or people from one state to drop them to their respective Home state.
Indian Railways will take their sleeper coach charge of their respective train plus thirty rupees superfast charge and plus twenty rupees food and water charge from authorities who is responsible.So that these charges are given by the authorities or the authorities will take it from their workers will rely upon them.
These trains are running specially for workers,students and tourists who are stuck in another state and desirous to reach their Home.No other person can travel through these trains.
The workers belongs to the Larsen & Toubro Company who were working in Lingampalli Telangana were stuck for over fourty days.Due to the Lockdown situation everywhere in the country they came across many difficulties for food and shelter after which they started their demand to travel Home while making harm to the corporate.
By this the workers wouldn’t be harmed,more over the Nodal Administration decided to supply the main points of the workers working within the company so they’ll make arrangements for them to achieve their Home safely.After which the Indian Railways first special train was operated for them by making many arrangements so persons can reach their respective home state.
