Finally the day has come when Indian Railways are starting to operate there passenger trains for the people who are stuck and want to reach their home.After the lockdown of fifty days Indian Railways have taken decision to start the trains.
From the date of 12 May special trains will start from New Delhi station to 15 different routes in which any person can do reservation who wants to reach their Reservation of trains can only be done through the online portal of IRCTC because all the counters of the railway station are closed across the country.
These Special Trains will start from New Delhi to Many different routes such Dibrugarh,Agartala,Howrah,Patna, Bilaspur,Ranchi, Bhuvneshwar, Secundrabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram,Mudgaon, Mumbai, Ahemdabad and Jammu Tavi will be operated for the passenger who want to travel.
Indian Railways has told that slowly slowly the trains running on these routes are going to be increased to facilitate more people to use their services.Because 20000 coaches are converted into isolation ward for the people because of Coronavirus pandemic spread across the country.So as these coaches are going to be free then more number of trains are going to be running on the track.
Those people that are going to be having a sound confirmed ticket can only travel in these trains,waiting ticket holders won’t be allowed to travel.The entry to those will only be provided after following all the protection instructions of the Cronavirus pandemic.These 15 special trains will be doing their return journey on their route and also the 300 Shramik special trains are going to be running as was common on their routes.
